The Hononegah Community High School District 207 board opened and closed a public hearing on the amended 2025–26 budget during its June 17 meeting and then approved the amended budget by unanimous roll-call vote.
Superintendent Mike Dugan and finance committee members reported the district's 2025 financial designation as "Recognition" with a score of 3.65 and said the district received $1.15 million in investment income and $933,000 in corporate personal property replacement tax (CPPRT) receipts that funded projects including the CTE roof replacement and parking-lot resurfacing. The board moved by Schoepski and seconded by Geddeis to approve the amended budget; the motion carried on a unanimous roll-call vote of Ballard, Flohr, Geddeis, Haab, Kurlinkus, Lewis and Schoepski.
Board members did not record public comment during the budget hearing.
