Board records roll-call for previously approved January minutes

At the start of the meeting the chair said two sets of minutes required approval and noted the January minutes had been approved previously “but we did not do a roll call when we approved them,” and that the board needed to put that on the record. The chair asked staff to document the roll-call so the minutes accurately reflect the decision.
The board asked staff to record names and votes for the earlier approval. The clerk was asked later in the meeting to take the roll call when the chair called votes on the motion to table the Pentahem subdivision.
