The Toms River Regional School District Board of Education approved a set of contracts and interagency agreements to support services for the 2026–27 school year, including a renewal with the LSTA and multiple agreements with the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey for nonpublic nursing services, IDEA-B initiative services and other nonpublic services.
The clerk read each contract item and motions were moved and seconded; roll-call votes recorded affirmative votes for the attending board members. The agreements cover services effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and include master collaborative educational-services arrangements and placements through MOESC for instructional, special-education and transportation-aid placements.
Board members did not provide detailed financial terms for each contract during the meeting; the approvals were presented as routine annual renewals and intergovernmental contracts needed to ensure continuity of services for nonpublic and special-education students.
