Committee sets follow-up schedule, discusses minutes and vacancies

Committee members also discussed the burden of producing verbatim minutes and the desirability of simpler summary minutes; one member said they would continue to take minutes if necessary but requested flexibility. The group noted existing vacancies on town committees and encouraged recruitment through the town clerk and Select Board channels.
Toward the end of the meeting, the Chair moved to adjourn at 6:17 p.m.; the motion was seconded and the Chair recorded three in favor. The meeting closed with Exeter TV's closing announcements.
