Members of the DeWitt County Compliance and Technology Ad Hoc Committee began reviewing notes they received from Jane May of IFMK on Chapter 38 of the Code of Ordinances (Personnel Policies) at their March 12 meeting.
The committee examined the written recommendations but did not adopt changes during the session. The agenda lists consideration of incorporating recommended changes to Chapter 38 and an item for discussion only about how new IT policies should be handled administratively relative to that chapter.
Committee members agreed to continue review at a future meeting; no formal votes or amendments to Chapter 38 were recorded on March 12. The committee set its next meeting for April 16, 2026.
