Plain City schedules public hearings on electric and natural gas aggregation programs

Staff agreed to notify residents through email and other channels; the mayor said the schedule was too late for the printed newsletter but could be included in email notifications.
The hearings are now scheduled and will be the venue for public input before council considers formal action on aggregation programs.
