Board approves a year of delayed minutes across Peekskill IDA, PFDC and LDC

Chair opened the joint session and called for approval of minutes from the LDC annual meeting (03/25/2025) and multiple committee minutes from March 2024 and March 2025. A motion to approve was made and seconded; the Chair called the vote and members responded "Aye" with no opposition.
The approvals covered: LDC annual and committee minutes (03/25/2025; 03/26/2024 annual, Audit & Finance, Governance), PFDC minutes for 02/25/2025 and 03/25/2025, and IDA minutes for the same March dates. No substantive amendments were raised during the roll calls.
By handling these approvals at the start of the meeting, the boards moved routine governance housekeeping off the agenda so staff could focus on finance, the kitchen incubator procurement schedule and project updates later in the session. The boards then left the meeting open to conclude with an executive session on personnel.
