The city ratified a Fair Housing Month proclamation marking the anniversary of the Federal Fair Housing Act and noting Idaho Human Rights Commission protections. City Clerk Linda Aycock read the proclamation, which the council ratified and authorized the mayor to sign.
Council also approved a proclamation recognizing the Week of the Young Child (April 2025) and authorized the mayor to sign. The proclamations acknowledge equal access to housing and the importance of early childhood learning and thanked local educators and caregivers.
