DCA: some tax‑credit properties, VA partnerships and VASH vouchers target homeless veterans

Lawmakers asked whether DCA sets a fixed percentage for veterans; Hart said there is no statewide set‑aside percentage but owners may establish preferences, and that some properties were built specifically for veterans on VA grounds. DCA offered to provide examples and locations on request.
