Council approves several Hillside Subdivision variances but keeps requirement for full-length 8-inch water line

Developer M. Council approved removal of the fire hydrant requirement through the hollow, approved the single-span HDPE under- creek installation, and allowed the gazebo in open space; however, when asked whether to alter the requirement for a full-length 8-inch water line, the council voted to maintain the current agreement (motion passed by majority; Councilmember Brent Dodge recorded a Nay).
