Board approves reassessments for damaged properties, rejects one late filing

After discussion the board rejected the report filed by Mark Creek because the damage occurred after the deadline for filing for the 2025 year and the 2026 valuation had already been set; the record notes the damaged building had been torn down. On motion by Terry Jurgens, seconded by Rex Adams, the board approved reassessment values for the remaining listed reports (reports 1–7).
