The Poth ISD Board of Trustees approved the full consent agenda at its Aug. 18 meeting by a 7–0 vote. Items approved included: minutes from the July 21, 2025 regular meeting; the district financial report; the 2025–2026 Student Code of Conduct; adoption of an Open Education Resource (OER) instructional material transition plan for K–5 Math for the 2025–2026 school year; Policy Update 71; and a resolution self‑certifying an increased federal micro‑purchase threshold of up to $49,999.
Trustee Tami Ramzinski moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee William Eckel seconded. The motion passed unanimously. The minutes do not record separate debate or recorded public comment on these consent items; staff are expected to proceed with implementation steps such as publishing the OER transition plan and updating procurement thresholds in administrative procedures.
