Harvey County opens early in-person voting at Courthouse through Oct. 31, with extra hours Nov. 1 and Nov. 3

Rick Piepho, Harvey County Clerk and Election Officer, reported that early in-person voting began the morning of Oct. 21 in the old commission room on the first floor of the courthouse.
Piepho provided the schedule: weekdays 8 a.m.–5 p.m. through Oct. 31; Saturday, Nov. 1 from 9 a.m.–2 p.m.; and Monday, Nov. 3 from 8 a.m.–noon. He indicated these hours are intended to give residents multiple options before Election Day.
The county clerk’s office is the official source for in-person early voting at the courthouse; voters with scheduling questions were directed to the clerk’s office contact information included in the meeting packet.
