Library trustees approve updated confidentiality policy after legal review

Trustee Becky Murdock moved to accept the policy and Trustee Jaime Brunson seconded; the motion passed with all trustees voting in favor.
Trustees did not amend the draft during the meeting and recorded the DA office review as part of the record. The updated policy will be incorporated into the library's governance documents and posted as required by library practice.
