Assessor wins approval to fill three budgeted vacancies; temporary hour closure approved

Administrative Director Cameron Duff clarified that any permanent change to operating hours requires a formal vote and statutory compliance.
The approved hires will be processed through county human resources and payroll, with the board's action allowing department staffing to return to budgeted levels.
