The Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners approved warrants totaling $380,805.57 for county accounts and $403,926.88 for airport accounts at its June 1 staff meeting. Misti Dunkelberger, county clerk administrative coordinator, presented the warrants and Commissioner Lonnie Wright moved to approve them; the motion passed unanimously.
Notable items on the county list included a $117,750 payment to the Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library. The airport warrant list included a $321,093.97 line item described as 'Realign Taxiway A & Connectors' construction. Other line items included $26,596.17 for airport funding and a $50,000 transfer to the Sheridan County Fair Association. The warrants summary recorded combined county and airport capital and operating charges totaling more than $784,000 for the period.
