At the July 7 meeting the Board approved several administrative items on one motion or with individual votes. The consent agenda (minutes, payroll $67,730.27, and disbursements including General Fund $399,930.87) was approved by motion. The Board appointed Mr. DeGroot to the Land Preservation Committee (motion passed unanimously) and authorized execution of the Stormwater Facility Maintenance and Monitoring Agreement for 84 Red Hill Rd., TMP No. 44-011-089; Solicitor Scott Holbert said the property owner will use a tree protection conservation easement rather than a full stormwater facility for the minor improvements.
The Board also adopted a resolution commemorating the United States Semiquincentennial that acknowledges Tinicum Township’s historical significance and recognizes Lenape traditional lands; Chair Breslin read the resolution’s reaffirmation of democratic principles. The meeting ended with supervisor comments and adjournment at 8:34 PM.
