Rosamilia said the committee’s online-platform design and distribution methods “did not include information about respondent residency or prevent multiple submissions,” and noted that a 2014 survey had shown non-resident participation (26% non-residents), underlining the risk the current survey results may be skewed. The Board did not rescind the committee’s request but discussed additional scrutiny; Manager Judith Danko and supervisors encouraged the committee to provide more detailed plans and cost estimates during the budget process. The Board asked the Parks & Recreation Committee to deliver a detailed plan with budget estimates by the end of September for the township’s budget review.
