Guidehouse kickoff proceeds as Maui County personnel director announces retirement

The Commission did not set a formal RFP schedule at the meeting; staff said stakeholders will be notified when meeting dates are established.
The consultant engagement is tied to a referenced $1.2 million RFP budget; procurement and schedule details will be developed with Guidehouse and reported back to the Commission in subsequent meetings.
