Bristow authority approves minutes, payroll and $50,000 transfer on consent agenda

Trustee Joe Church moved to approve the April 20 minutes; Heather Green seconded and the motion passed on a roll call vote. Trustee Judd Johns moved, seconded by Joe Church, to approve the consent agenda, which included approval of maintenance claims in the amount of $90,270.96, unpaid claims of $86.22, actual payroll claims of $13,750.24 (pay period ending April 24, 2026), estimated payroll claims of $21,860.26 (pay period ending May 8, 2026) and a budgeted transfer of $50,000 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund. The roll call vote was unanimous among trustees present and the motion passed.
No action was taken on agenda item #5 during the meeting.
