Bristow adopts ordinance banning camping on city property, declares emergency

Councilmember Heather Green then moved, and the council approved, declaring an emergency so the ordinance would take effect immediately. The ordinance includes definitions, operator duties, penalties and an appeals process as outlined in the city attorney’s preview; the council did not add amendments at the May 4 meeting.
