Board approves FY24 school-level financial report; administrative costs clarified

The Coconino County Accommodation School District board approved the FY24 School-Level Annual Financial Report at its Oct. 14 special meeting. Erin Tutay presented the school-level AFR as a breakdown of revenues and expenditures by individual schools and the district and noted the filing deadline of Oct. 15, 2024.
When asked by President Cheryl Mango-Paget whether administrative staffing was included in the school-level report, Tutay clarified that "it was not on the school-level, but that administrative staff costs were included in the AFR." The approval was recorded by the board president; the minutes do not show a mover/second or a vote tally.
Tutay said she would provide additional materials (including the tax-credit donation form referenced later in the meeting) to the board president for follow-up.
