The CTA consultant provided a multi‑phase schedule: Phase 1 completion around May (equipment staging for microwave dishes), equipment staging in August 2025, Phase 2 completion in October 2025 for infrastructure testing, Phase 3 completion in May 2026, and final cutover, training and acceptance targeted around December 21, 2026. Staff said the county will coordinate kickoff meetings with VDEM and sequence purchases to align with federal reimbursement rules.
