Board approves special exception to replace blighted home with manufactured dwelling on Colonial Highway

The board moved to approve the special exception with staff conditions and the chair announced the motion carried (special exception approved, vote recorded as 4–0). "The special exception is granted for the double wide manufactured home upon applying for and receiving a demolition permit before new construction and placement of the home can commence," staff said. The motion includes standard conditions and monitoring for compliance.
