Executive Officer Scott Pease reported that the Board has received the initial analysis of comments from the Stakeholders Roundtable. Pease told members the analysis has been circulated to Board members for review and follow-up.
Separately, Staff Counsel Karen Halbo said she and Chief Counsel Aaron Jackson made revisions and improvements to the Appeals Initiation regulation package, including edits to the regulatory text, and that the revised documents were resubmitted to Agency Legal for further review. No vote was taken on the rulemaking package during the meeting.
