The Board approved its consent agenda April 21 after removing item #13 from the packet earlier in the meeting. The consent items include Resolution No. 26-80 setting a public hearing for first consideration of Ordinance No. 332 on April 28; resolutions setting public hearings for the CJ Shreck Access Improvements and the Deppe Family Conservation Area; a renewal of a Special Class C Retail Alcohol License for The 1850 Homestead, LLC effective June 20, 2026–June 19, 2027; and acknowledgment of Sheriff's Office unbudgeted purchases including a $16,240 sniper-rifle package and approximately $20,400 for a new washer and dryer and installation at the jail.
The consent list also contained the Story County Low and Moderate Income (LMI) Housing Support Program for consideration, modifications to economic development policies effective April 21, a services agreement with the Colo-NESCO Community School District for law-enforcement services, and MOUs including a Justice Assistance Grant agreement with the City of Ames for up to $17,525. The Board approved the consent agenda by roll call vote (MCU).
