Council adopts ordinance restricting engine brakes ("Jake Brakes")

After the title reading, Councilmember Shane Shepherd moved to approve the ordinance and the motion passed on a unanimous roll call.
The ordinance repeals conflicting parts of prior code and directs publication and an effective date when the ordinance will be in full force and effect. The minutes record a unanimous council vote (Aye: Andersen, Graves, Klein, Oleksy, Shepherd; Nay: None).
