Owners Travis and Rebecca Muir addressed the council about the restaurant’s planned sports-bar atmosphere, a menu intended to fill perceived gaps in local dining options, and renovations including electrical upgrades and interior improvements. The owners said the business will operate seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and that they hope to open within approximately three weeks pending employee training and final preparations. The council closed the hearing at 6:10 PM and adopted Resolution No. 2026-59 approving the application; the vote was recorded as Aye: Andersen, Graves, Klein, Oleksy, Shepherd, Nay: None.
