Union City reports $264,000 in grants for City Building first-floor improvements

Wells presented the grant totals during routine updates and said the funds will be used for continuing improvements on the building’s first floor. The council did not take a separate vote on acceptance of those grants during the Oct. 7 meeting; Wells’ report provided council notice of the award and the planned use.
