The quotes she reported were $18,541.50 from Blum Property Services, LLC and $16,679 from Construction Services of PA.
Council moved to accept the $16,679 quote from Construction Services of PA, with the condition that the borough receive an easement from the American Legion prior to starting work; the motion was recorded as carried unanimously. The manager said the engineer had reviewed the quotes prior to council action.
