During discussion members raised that the Lions Club has maintained a booth building for years; the board amended the camping/fee motion to exempt Lions Club fees in exchange for use of the club's bingo equipment, and the amended motion carried. Diane moved to accept the fees as presented and Shelley seconded the initial motion prior to amendment.
Crystal said she will solicit bids from T‑shirt vendors to use leftover inventory from the car show and past fairs. Separately, Erin moved (Shelley seconded) that Crystal plan Bald Eagles Day on July 18, including staffing a booth 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; that motion also carried.
