Clerk/Treasurer Sheena Kocourek presented a July 23 billing list showing 21 unpaid accounts; the committee authorized mailing shutoff notices with shutoffs scheduled for Aug. 17, 2026. The committee also emphasized curb painting before winter and asked Public Works Director Jerry Linsmeier to coordinate with Valders to borrow their curb-painting machine to ensure consistent distances from stop signs.
