Board approves Ziegler variance, Allee Needlework CUP, Dietz subdivision and Koltiska parcel split

County Planner Mark Reid presented multiple planning and zoning applications at the June 2 meeting. No members of the public spoke on these items.
Motions were made by Commissioners Holly Jennings (V-26-002), Mike Arzy (CU-26-001), Nick Siddle (CD-26-001) and Lonnie Wright (PD-26-001) and each motion passed unanimously. The approvals implement Planning and Zoning Commission recommendations and staff conditions; project proponents or applicants were not recorded as speaking during the public hearings.
