Clerk/Treasurer Sheena Kocourek said the DNR's CMAR response sets a Sept. 30 action date to move the influent composite sampler to after fine screening and prior to the oxidation ditch and to start tracking influent BOD loadings. Sheena reported coordination between Public Works staff and consultant PJ Kortens is underway.
Trustees moved to table further action at this meeting until Jerry Linsmeier can provide additional technical information; the committee discussed the possibility of requesting an extension on the due date while staff evaluates options.
