Commissioner Holly Jennings objected to the price, calling it excessive; Chairwoman Christi Haswell noted population growth in the area as rationale for investing in the update. Commissioner Nick Siddle moved to approve Interstate Engineering; the motion passed 3–2 (Haswell, Siddle and Wright in favor; Arzy and Jennings opposed).
