Prevention coalition asks county to help present quarterly 'Spirit of Service' awards

Commissioners expressed strong support and asked the coalition to provide simple scripts and staging guidance for presentations. There was no formal vote required at the meeting; the item was recorded as informational and commissioners indicated willingness to participate.
