County to close convenience stations on Wednesdays, trim hours at remote stations

Board members raised operational concerns about potential influxes when neighboring counties’ hours differ and urged careful communication with residents who do not use social media. Committee members said signs on gates and physical notices will be used in addition to online outreach.
The board accepted the committee recommendation during the meeting by a hand/voice vote recorded as unanimous in the meeting record.
