Detention medical services RFP drew no proposals; county will repost solicitation
Summary
Harvey County staff reported that although several vendors inquired about the detention-center medical services Request for Proposal, no proposals were submitted by the deadline; the county will reissue the RFP.
County Administrator Kevin Frymire reported that the Request for Proposal for medical services at the Harvey County Detention Center attracted vendor interest in the form of inquiries but that no proposals were submitted by the deadline. He said the RFP will be posted again to solicit responses.
No motion or award related to the detention-center medical services RFP was made at the meeting; commissioners received the update and directed staff to reissue the solicitation and continue outreach to potential vendors.
