County engineer to draft agreement after landowners request improved turnaround at end of Gulch Road

Commissioners raised questions about whether the turnaround could be coordinated with a proposed waterline project and requested maps and timelines from the engineer’s office. No formal motion to fund or construct the turnaround was taken at the meeting.
