Board hears facility upgrades: parking lot, roofs, basement drainage completed

The MSD of New Durham Township School Board received a facilities report at its July 24 meeting outlining several summer projects, including resurfacing and restriping of the parking lot, Tremco roofing work on multiple roof sections, and completion of basement drainage and powerwashing.
The superintendent noted water damage to "Roof #1" and said photos were sent documenting the issue. "Mr. Ton thanked Rob, Roxy,Mary,Ray, Evan for all their hard work over the summer," the minutes record. The board did not vote on additional facility funding at this meeting but recorded the status updates for ongoing maintenance work.
