Superintendent Max Torgerson recommended setting the district—s proposed levy at the maximum later in the meeting; the AFSCME vote was recorded earlier as part of the new business section. The collective bargaining agreement included standard elements such as recognition language, wages, health insurance provisions and grievance procedures as reflected in the contract document included with the minutes.
