The Fridley School Board on May 20 approved a resolution to award the sale of GENERAL OBLIGATION SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2025A, in the original aggregate principal amount of $14,500,000. Board member Sara Jones moved the resolution and Erik Keeler seconded; the board voted unanimously to adopt the measure.
The bond sale was presented earlier in the meeting as part of the Bond Sale Day Report from Matthew Hammer of Ehlers. The resolution authorizes the form, specifications, execution and delivery of the bonds and provides for their payment. The board took the action in open session; no opposing votes or abstentions were recorded.
