Floodwood board adopts handbooks, multiple policy updates and completes final readings

The board also moved to adopt changes to a set of district policies (208, 402, 423, 509, 521, 524, 613, 621, 709 and 722) after the final reading. The meeting record notes a second of three readings for changes to Policy 721 took place; the policy will return for a third reading at a future meeting before final adoption.
