Corporation Commission approves daily and 24-hour signing dockets; staff strikes four proposed orders

Commission Secretary Garey L. Wortham announced that Commission staff had requested the proposed orders for Case Nos. CD2026-001494, CD2026-001495, CD2026-001869 and CD2026-002091 be struck. Commissioners then approved the remaining items on the daily signing agenda. The Commission also unanimously approved the attached 24-hour signing agenda docket. The minutes list dozens of cases on the dockets including dismissals, interim orders, final orders, interim spacing orders and an emergency order (PD2026-000049).
