Hill City board conducts first readings of multiple personnel and safety policies, sets Sept. meeting dates

During the Aug. 25 meeting the board conducted first readings of a suite of policies and job descriptions, including Policy 506 (Student Discipline), Policy 722 (Public Data and Data Subject Requests), Policy 613 (Graduation Requirements), and Policy 806 (Crisis Management), as well as multiple job description updates. These were introduced as first readings and not adopted at this meeting.
The board also recorded calendar items and committee meeting dates: the next regular board meeting is scheduled for Sept. 22, 2025; Fitness Center and Community Ed committee meetings are scheduled that evening before the board meeting. No adoption votes were recorded on policy text during this session.
