The Minnewaska Area Schools Board approved Claims & Accounts during its May 19 meeting after a motion by T. Reichmann and a second by Ogdahl. The motion’s supporting materials listed the total as $2,953,664.47 and included vendor and check listings for board review. “Motion by T. Reichmann, seconded by Ogdahl, to approve the Claims and & Accounts totaling $2,953,664.47,” the minutes state.
Finance staff also presented detailed K–12 revenue and expenditure reports through May 14, 2025, showing YTD general fund revenues and expenditures by program and fund totals (revenue YTD $16,680,830.48 and expenditures YTD $20,828,988.53). The meeting packet included separate summaries for district checks written ($215,061.92), board checks added ($75,114.11), interim checks ($310,032.47) and electronic transfers ($717,152.83).
