On March 10 the Litchfield Public Schools Board approved the consent agenda covering routine business and personnel items. The agenda included overnight trip approvals for FFA (State Convention, Minneapolis, April 28-29, 2025) and the Robotics Team (competition in Grand Forks, ND, March 12-15, 2025); both requests were approved as part of the consent motion, which carried 6-0.
The board also approved personnel actions recorded in the consent items: Brooklyn Rassler was hired as an ELL paraprofessional at Lake Ripley (6.25 hours per day at $17.26/hour, starting March 17, 2025) to replace Ariana Machain; Annamari Rogness was hired as a Family and Consumer Science teacher at the high school (starting Aug. 25, 2025; BA, Step D, $48,675) to replace Linda Gust. Resignation of Cheryl Loge as a Title One para at Lake Ripley was approved as effective March 3, 2025. The board also approved several coaching reassignments following the resignation of Varsity Assistant Coach Steve Solem.
