Member Alex Carlson introduced the resolution and Member Tim Oster seconded; the motion passed 6-0.
The board directed that written notice be sent and provided a right to request a hearing in writing within 14 days; the minutes set April 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for a hearing if requested. The resolution states the placement is pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 122A.40, subdivision 10 and to Article XII of the district Master Agreement.
