The Board voted unanimously to non‑reelect one probationary certificated employee identified in the minutes as VD6121982 pursuant to Education Code section 44929.21. The action was taken by roll‑call vote.
The Board also approved, by unanimous roll‑call vote, a retirement and release agreement for employee VH1403369 effective immediately. As part of that agreement the district agreed not to pursue suspension and dismissal charges against the employee in exchange for retirement and release of claims; Human Resources processed the agreement in closed session.
