The Sulphur Springs Union School District Governing Board on May 27 approved Revised Resolution R‑26‑10 to order a Biennial Governing Board Election to be held on Nov. 3, 2026. Superintendent Dr. Catherine Kawaguchi told the Board the revised resolution identifies the trustee areas for three incumbents whose terms expire Dec. 31, 2026: Ken Chase (Trustee Area 4), Lori MacDonald (Trustee Area 5) and Paola Jellings (Trustee Area 3).
The Board voted 4‑0 by voice vote to adopt the resolution. Dr. Kawaguchi explained that the resolution also provides the required trustee-area designations and the names of newspapers to the Los Angeles County Registrar‑Recorder/County Clerk for publication of the Notice of Election.
